Terms of Service

Welcome to Springz Nutrition ("Springz", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of springznutrition.in, our mobile apps, and related tools, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform—including authenticating with Google Sign-In or paying via Razorpay—you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform at https://springznutrition.in. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have capacity to contract under applicable law.
• You are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.
• All information you submit is accurate and complete, and you will maintain its accuracy.

3.1 Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) keep your credentials secure; (c) accept responsibility for all activities under your account; (d) promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Agreement or remain inactive for extended periods.

3.2 Google Sign-In (OAuth)

When you choose Google Sign-In, you authorize us to obtain limited information from Google (e.g., name, email, profile picture) as permitted by you and Google's policies.

• Consent to Pop-ups: By selecting "Continue with Google," you consent to the Google OAuth popup/flow and to our processing of returned data for login, account creation, and fraud prevention.
• Scope & Limited Use: We request minimal scopes (typically openid email profile) and use data solely for authentication/personalization/security, consistent with Google's User Data Policy (Limited Use).
• Revocation: You may revoke access from your Google Account permissions; this may disable Google-based sign-in to your Springz account.
• No Password Storage: For Google-only accounts, we do not store your Google password.

4.1 Product Information

We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, ingredients, nutrition facts, pricing, and availability. Errors may occur; we may correct and update information without prior notice. Colors on screens may vary from actual product colors.

4.2 Availability & Limits

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per user/household/order, discontinue products, or refuse/cancel orders at our discretion.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and generally inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; price changes do not affect previously placed orders that we have accepted.

5.1 Order Process & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order. We confirm acceptance upon dispatch notification. If an order is partially dispatched, only the dispatched portion is accepted.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Razorpay (including cards, net banking, UPI, supported wallets) and may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations.

• Third-Party Processor: Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and policies. We do not store full card details.
• Authorization: You authorize Razorpay to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.
• Holds/Verification: Razorpay or we may place holds or request verification to prevent fraud; orders may be delayed/canceled if verification fails.
• Chargebacks: Disputes/chargebacks may result in account suspension and paused refunds until resolution.

5.3 COD Terms (if available)

COD may include service fees and order value limits. Refusal or non-receipt may affect future COD eligibility.

5.4 Cancellations

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, please use the Returns process below. We may cancel for unavailability, pricing/description error, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund to the original payment method.

We ship within India only. Delivery timelines shown at checkout/order pages are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, regulatory checks, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Consider shipping insurance for high-value orders.

7.1 Return Window

Request a return within 30 days from delivery.

7.2 Conditions

Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: opened/used items, items without original packaging, perishables past window, clearance/final-sale items.

7.3 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD, refunds may be via bank transfer/UPI as communicated. Shipping/COD fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Our products are dietary supplements for general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Read labels, check ingredients/allergens, and consult a healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, are pregnant/nursing, or take medication. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Results vary.

All Platform content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, designs) is owned by Springz or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or content without prior written consent. Our trademarks/trade dress may not be used without permission.

You agree not to: violate laws; infringe rights; submit false/misleading info; engage in fraud; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Platform operation; harass/abuse others; or post illegal/obscene/hateful content.

By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it. You represent you have rights to the content and it complies with laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

11.1 Google Sign-In

Your Google authentication is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. We process OAuth data strictly to provide authentication and account services consistent with our Privacy Policy and Google's Limited Use requirements.

11.2 Razorpay

Payments are processed by Razorpay subject to Razorpay's terms, policies, and PCI-DSS standards. We are not liable for issues attributable to Razorpay or your bank/issuer.

11.3 Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse such sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how we process data—including Google OAuth and Razorpay payment events. We use cookies/similar tech for essential functionality, analytics, personalization, and fraud prevention.

By using the Platform, you consent to receive transactional and service communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp/push). You can opt out of promotional messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may limit quantities and prohibit unauthorized resale (online or offline). We may cancel orders suspected as bulk/resale and take legal action for unauthorized distribution.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or accuracy. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Platform is free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Springz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, Google authentication, Razorpay payments, shipping carriers, or third-party links. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Springz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your: (a) use of the Platform or products; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) infringement of any rights; (d) content you submit; (e) payment disputes/chargebacks attributable to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraud, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes after 30 days of good-faith negotiation shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. Seat/venue: Bengaluru. Language: English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policy/notice posted on the Platform, are the entire agreement between you and Springz. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
